Aug. 10th - SYC Cortez

We ended up with 27 boats - 8 rafted last night.  This morning it started to rain about 7am & by 8 it stopped & turned into another beautiful day.  It got up to 77'.

A lot of boats left today & the outstation had already reloaded by 1pm but boats still coming in.  There are 25 boats here tonight, with 3 rafted.  

Today was another laundry day - sheets at the laundry room & 2 loads of our laundry on the boat.  Figured I would get ahead of the sheets so we have 2 weeks to go.  Bill Davis, from Shelter Bay, came in today.  Brenda, his wife, is not on the boat yet but his 2 dogs are.  He's picking her up at Lagoon Cove on Friday so he'll leave tomorrow morning.   Another friend, Stan Stewart on Top Gun, also came in today.  His girl friend leaves on Kenmore tomorrow.
