July 25th - Shawl Bay

I forgot to mention that during happy hour last night it started to drizzle & then turned into a downpour but eventually stopped while we were still visiting.  I woke up in the middle of the night & heard drops on the boat so knew it was raining again.  

Rod went to the pancake breakfast which they do every morning.  I'm not a big pancake person so I stayed on the boat & had my typical yoghurt, granola & blueberries breakfast.

We decided to stay here another day since it was pouring.  It rained pretty much all day until late afternoon.  Happy hour tonight we brought meatballs with barbeque sauce.  There are 11 boats here tonight so more people to bring appetizers.  We sat with a Canadian couple from Maple Bay who have been out since April & will go home in Sept.  Tomorrow our plan is to go Sullivan Bay Marina.
